I was a precocious child - perceptive, reserved, analytical, and a bit of an idealist - able to understand unspoken dynamics between people. By middle school, I was a school peer mediator; among friends I am still often the unofficial voice of reason. Since before I can remember, I've had an innate ability to distill human complexities, discern right from wrong, and arrive at resolution.
Being an idealist, I also believe in fun...in life and in work. I want it all, for me and for you. My mission is to remove roadblocks and stand up systems that make it easy to do great work and have fun doing it. Part strategist, part therapist - I believe in setting teams up for success, and getting out of their way so they can thrive.
